The course aims to provide a comprehensive and practical overview of Prompt Engineering techniques for the effective use of Generative Artificial Intelligence models (Large Language Models – LLMs). The programme also addresses AI Agents and the concept of an AI Operating System, focusing on their practical application in professional contexts, including document analysis and comparison, summarisation, preparation of materials, knowledge organisation, management of requests, and support for internal activities. Particular attention will be given to key topics such as privacy, data protection, information retention, security, and the evaluation of local or open-source solutions.
